
The Head, Agency Distribution Governance and Receivables Management is a senior leadership role responsible for strengthening governance across Agency Distribution by driving execution excellence, financial stewardship, compensation governance, and risk management. This role ensures that distribution initiatives, transformation programs, and compensation frameworks are aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and sustainable growth strategies.
Leading a team of four, the incumbent collaborates closely with Agency Distribution leaders and cross-functional partners to establish best-in-class governance frameworks, enhance decision-making, and promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence.
This role is expected to evolve into a strategic governance and transformation leader with the following expanded mandate:
