About The Position
We are seeking Heavy Duty Fitters experienced in maintaining heavy earthmoving equipment (Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi) to join our team and contribute to the project’s success.
As part of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our fleet of heavy plant is maintained to a high standard for safe operations.
What we are seeking
HD Fitters who are motivated and values safety first in everything they do, including looking out for their teammates.
• Minimum 2 years experience maintaining heavy earthmoving plant
• Heavy Duty/Diesel Fitter Trade Qualification (Australian recognised)
• Strong fault finding, diagnosing skills
• Hydraulic knowledge is essential
• Electrical knowledge is desirable
• Current drivers licence (HR preferred)
• Working at Heights ticket
• A positive attitude to safety and teamwork
You must have full Australian working rights, be able to complete and pass a medical assessment (including drug & alcohol screen) and be able to provide a current National Police Clearance (within last 12 months).
