The Marketing Manager (MM) for SKYRIZI Marketing team will be responsible for execution of the omnichannel promotional strategy for both the Crohn’s and Ulcerative Colitis indications for SKYRIZI across a range of media. The MM will utilize customer, field and industry insights to develop stakeholder specific omnichannel initiatives across the ecosystem and help the brand execute on key projects, coordinating efforts across internal and external stakeholders. This individual in this role must demonstrate strong competency in omnichannel strategy through synergy of personal and non-personal channels, along with an innovative mentality and the ability to generate support for their ideas. The MM reports to the Director, U.S. HCP Marketing for SKYRIZI Ulcerative Colitis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital tactics in a variety of channels to support HCP omni-channel strategy
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams and external partnerships to ensure integration and consistency of business strategies and regulatory compliance of promotional material
  • Influence business leaders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business results
  • Maintain awareness of relevant market dynamics and trends, and the application to tactical planning and execution
  • Track and manage promotional budgets
  • Grow brand/product penetration, share and awareness and other key brand metrics
  • Identify problems and conceptualize solutions using creativity and innovation
  • Operate in compliance with all AbbVie internal policies (ethics, environmental health and safety, financial, human resources, and general business policies) and applicable external regulatory requirements

Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience with track record of tactic delivery and evidence of marketing competencies
  • High digital marketing and omnichannel strategy literacy
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to make effective presentations to internal and external customers, sales teams, and senior management
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders
