As an HCP Engagement- Engagement Ambassador- Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our operations consulting team. You will work closely with clients to analyze their needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will focus on delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational performance and develop strategies to boost productivity, quality, and efficiency.
As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections and navigate complex situations. You will be responsible for mentoring others, maintaining professional standards, and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and deliver quality outcomes. Embracing ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities for personal growth and to enhance your professional skills.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will provide guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks, contributing to the overall success of our clients and the firm.
Responsibilities
- Acts as the point of contact for HCPs, HCOs, patients and stakeholders both pre-and-post engagement, providing high-quality interactions. Responsibilities can include but are not limited
to: addressing external expert onboarding challenges, supporting the issuance of contracts as needed, facilitating redline requests and escalations, handling complex external expert inquiries with a high degree of care and follow through, supporting invoice/payment queries and answering business owner questions.
- Additional role requirements include facilitating travel requests and questions between HCP and travel agency for non-cross-border engagements. This is an external expert (HCP, HCO and patient) and stakeholder-facing role, requiring professionalism, service orientation, and compliance awareness.
- Facilitate offline HCP/HCO contract execution between HCP/HCO and internal signer
- Analyzing client operational processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance productivity
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize efficiency and drive business performance
- Collaborating with clients to provide guidance on technology solutions and process automation
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform strategic recommendations
- Applying operational excellence frameworks to streamline processes and improve quality
- Managing and inspiring teams to deliver high-quality client service engagements
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to deliver tailored solutions
- Leveraging emerging technologies to develop innovative solutions and maintain competitive advantage

- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client interactions and deliverables
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4-8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Significant customer service experience, with ability act as a liaison across multiple stakeholder groups and to consistently deliver “white glove” service
- Support the transition of engagement to post-engagement team members and address questions related to HCP payments or transfer of value data, in alignment with Sunshine Act / Open Payments and EFPIA reporting requirements
What Sets You Apart
- Strong understanding of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory environment both domestically and internationally, preferably experience with obtaining country or institutional authorizations, as applicable, including working knowledge of Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), FCPA, Sunshine Act/Open Payments, and EFPIA/PhRMA codes
- Familiarity with advanced Excel, HCP engagement software, and CRMs. Experience with contracting using templates and supporting redline requests
- Strong English language spoken, reading comprehension and writing skills
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex operational challenges
- Demonstrating proficiency in process optimization and improvement
- Leveraging automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Excelling in business process improvement for client success
- Embracing change and emerging technologies in operations
