As an Experienced Associate in HCP Engagement-Contracting, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our operations consulting team. You will work closely with clients to analyze their needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive business performance. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will focus on delivering innovative solutions that improve operational performance and implement technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks.

Responsibilities
- The Contracting Specialist plays a critical role in managing the creation, processing, and execution of HCP/HCO contracts using standard templates within the system of record. This role confirms that all contractual documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- The ideal candidate will handle high contract volumes with precision, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder communication. This position requires effective collaboration with business owners, legal teams, and external experts to support contract lifecycle activities through execution and amendment.
- Manage the creation and processing of HCP/HCO contracts using standard templates in the system of record. Review and proofread contracts for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with internal policies. Coordinate with the relevant reporting team to ensure contracts for applicable markets are submitted for upload into the appropriate transparency reporting system in a timely manner
- Analyzing client operational processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance productivity
- Developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive business performance
- Implementing technology solutions and process automation to streamline operations
- Collaborating with clients to provide guidance on operational excellence frameworks
- Conducting operational analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Utilizing process mapping and optimization techniques to improve service operations
- Supporting the development and execution of operations management strategies
- Engaging in project management tasks to validate timely delivery of solutions
- Applying lean process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency
- Gathering and interpreting data to inform operational strategies and solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2-4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to HCP/HCO contracting (e.g., Sunshine Act, Anti-Kickback Statute)
- Experience with standard contract templates, redlining processes, and amendment management
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems or similar tools (e.g., Icertis, Conga, Veeva, SAP Ariba, Salesforce, DocuSign).

- Good experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting
- Familiarity with e-signature platforms such as Adobe Sign or DocuSign, including defined approval workflows
