Job Description

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year depending on experience

Location: Englewood, CO

Full-Time, In-Office, Monday-Friday

(Hybrid schedule available after first 90 days of employment)

On behalf of CNS Cares (“CNS” or “Company), this position provides technical support to company application users. The role assists in application maintenance and projects, performance improvement initiatives, procuring general and market-specific curriculum for applications as well as support of the company’s application and back-office systems. In addition, this role will be cross trained on the portfolio of company systems for redundancy in support, user administration into systems, and escalated technical documentation. This individual performs as an applications specialist anticipating future information technology updates to systems and helping identify solutions based on the evolving IT landscape.

Essential Functions

Employee must maintain regular attendance/punctuality, work collaboratively with staff at all company levels, demonstrate professionalism, and uphold CNS’s ethical standards and mission. Assigned duties include the following as it pertains to company applications and project management. Applications include, but not limited to, any third-party applications or systems, or internally developed applications.

• Provides support of company applications.

• Evaluates and triages reported application issues

• Monitors of technical tickets with application partners

• Works with IT staff to identify problematic areas and implement short- and long-term strategic solutions.

• Coordinates projects, timelines, testing, implementations, mitigation efforts and enhancements for new and existing applications.

• Monitors project milestones and communicates with key stakeholders to facilitate agile improvements.

• Works with IT staff to build out end user training programs and procedures.

• Educates users on browser and mobile applications connected with all systems

• Enhance state and branch operations by promoting metrics, analyzing processes, and implementing optimization strategies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality operations.

• Promotes feedback processes from end users for application improvements and enhancements.

• Performs as subject matter expert for HCM/HRIS applications and system

• Educates HCM/HRIS users on processes, current functionality, enhancements, best practices, and mitigation channels.

• Continuously evaluates HCM/HRIS processes for system improvement, scalable development, and enhanced efficiency.

• Communicates outages, issues, and updates to company leadership and HCM/HRIS users.

• Identify and advise partnerships and integrations with HCM/HRIS system affecting various business units such as human resources, payroll, finance, recruiting, operations and information technology.

• Coordinates the resolution of HCM/HRIS ad hoc requests, reporting needs, and technical support tickets.

• Develops workflows, functions, automations and available integrations within and between the human resource system.

• Lead planning, prioritization, and execution of HCM/HRIS initiatives in alignment with enterprise objectives and strategy.

• Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to;

a. Cross-training extensively on key company systems to provide support for redundancy within the IT Department.

b. Assisting in resolving help desk tickets for the portfolio of company applications and systems

c. Contributing to user administration for company backend systems

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not have any supervisory responsibilities

Requirements

Education/Training

Required:

  • At least 2-5 years of Paycor experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least five (5) years of experience in project management, application implementation, and application support.
  • Must reside in the Denver, CO area to be considered.
