Day Shift
Purpose: operate industrial washers, hand-wash pots, manage waste disposal, and maintain sanitation in the dish room and kitchen, contributing to patient safety.
7:00am-3:30pm, five days per week, with rotating weekends.
What you will do:
Sanitization & Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing patient trays, eating utensils, glasses, and pots/pans using machines or manual washing.
Dish Machine Maintenance: Operating, cleaning, and monitoring temperatures/chemical levels of industrial dishwashers.
Kitchen Maintenance: Sweeping/mopping kitchen floors, cleaning worktables, walls, and taking out trash to maintain high hygiene standards.
Support & Transport: Distributing clean items, transporting carts to patient floors, and assisting with tray line assembly.
Waste Management: Proper disposal of trash and garbage in designated areas, including cleaning trash cans
