Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Branch Manager to oversee operations at our Rock Hill, SC location. This leadership role requires a professional with a strong background in psychology, business, or a related field, who can effectively manage staff, client services, compliance, and financial oversight while ensuring operational excellence.
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field.
· Experience in behavioral health, healthcare administration, or management preferred.
· Strong knowledge of Medicaid, insurance processes, and compliance regulations.
· Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Medicaid/Insurance and Client Oversight
· Conduct Medicaid and insurance eligibility checks.
· Manage master caseloads and trackers.
· Oversee client services and staff scheduling.
Operations and Compliance
· Conduct DHEC and basic building maintenance checks.
· Ensure office cleanliness and compliance with safety protocols.
· Manage fire extinguisher checks, fire drills, and business licensing.
· Oversee adherence to RBHS manuals and CARF standards.
· Ensure proper manual modifiers for services and timely uploads to EHR.
Financials, HR, and Utilization
· Monitor EBITDA and track utilization of units in EHR.
· Oversee branch budgeting and productivity metrics.
· Manage office supply orders and ensure cost-effective operations.
· Build and maintain community partnerships.
· Support HR functions, including approving time-off requests and ensuring office coverage.
· Manage service reauthorizations and ensure timely 90-day reviews and MHP assignments.
