Duties

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living
• Observing and reporting any changes in physical or emotional condition to nursing

staff.

• Working with the MDT to facilitate the individual needs of patients/residents/service

users.

Requirements

• QQI Level 5 Qualified with a minimum of 3 Modules completed
• Previous experience working in Care of the Older Persons and/or ID residential

settings

• Flexible availability
• Eligible to work in Ireland
• Registered with Clarity Locums (or willing to register)
