We are looking for a compassionate and creative Life Enrichment Leader to join our Life Enrichment Team, a collaborative group of activity professionals who work together under the guidance of the Health Center Activity Director Our team is committed to creating meaningful, joy‑filled lives for the seniors we serve.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and lead engaging activities that bring joy and purpose to residents
- Share your talents through art, music, games, crafts, movement, and storytelling
- Build genuine relationships that honor individuality and dignity
- Collaborate with fellow Life Enrichment Leaders and care staff as a supportive team player
- Take initiative while contributing to a positive, mission‑driven team environment

Qualifications
The Life Enrichment Leader must meet the following educational and experience requirements:
- Have a High School diploma or GED
- Be able to work in close cooperation with the Health Center Activity Director and team members, accept and utilize constructive criticism, and display initiative to complete activity related tasks and programs.
- One year related, or closely related job experience.
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Be able to read newspaper articles and books clearly aloud to a group.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must possess good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be able to lead effectively.
- Must be able to work with residents, staff, team members and guests in a positive and professional manner.
- Must be willing to flex hours as able if necessary.
- Must be able to function with grace under pressure.
- Must be able to project a cheerful and enthusiastic disposition particularly when conducting activities.
