Job Description

1 协助部门助理开展日常专项事务工作。

2 负责区域 5S 规划、现状分析及现场优化推进。

3 做好访客信息核验、门禁管理及参观接待引导。

4 跟进班组工时填报,数据分析并推动工时优化。

5 统筹工单全流程跟进、进度更新及闭环管理。

6 担任班组事务联络人,负责内外沟通对接。

任职要求:
1、3-5年助理工作经验
2、有良好文字表达及会议复盘、经验分享组织能力。
3、服从工作安排,条理清晰,能同时统筹多项日常事务。
4、待人亲和有礼,工作责任心强,敬业度高。

5、熟练使用 Office 办公软件,精通 PPT、Word、Excel。
