OPS | Campus Operations Biohazard Team

***Evening Shift***
This position will totally and completely assist with removal of all biohazardous waste streams from the UAMS Campus and surrounding sites, segregate, pack and prepare for shipment to a disposal facility.
This position will inspect and follow-up with maintaining cleanliness of soiled/dirty utility rooms in all clinical areas of UAMS main campus and central Arkansas off-site clinics.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or formal education equivalent Plus 1 year experience in a healthcare or regulatory environment.
Ability to follow oral instruction, read and write.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have proven customer service skills. This position serves the public and is always willing to go the extra mile.
Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience in a healthcare or regulatory environment or 3-5 years customer service experience in a logistic based customer facing role.
