Job Description Summary
The Hayden School of Real Estate Student Workers provide operational, administrative, event, marketing, and student engagement support for the Hayden School, MSRE program, and Executive Advisory Council. Together, they assist with event planning and execution, student outreach, communications, database management, special projects, and day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities
Support in-office operations and daily administrative functions.
Provide administrative support for programs, faculty, staff, and leadership.
Maintain databases, contact lists, and organizational records.
Coordinate event planning, logistics, and execution.
Develop marketing and promotional materials for programs and events.
Assist with communications, including newsletters and digital content.
Support alumni engagement and outreach initiatives.
Contribute to the efficient operation of Hayden School programs and initiatives.
Foster engagement with students, alumni, and industry partners.
Support the strategic goals and mission of the Hayden School of Real Estate.
Required Qualifications
Fully knowledgeable about the job; be able to handle responsibilities independently and effectively.
Desired Qualifications
Previous work in customer service, higher education, or general office. Working knowledge of Chapman University’s colleges, schools, and departments Working knowledge of campus resources
