Performing prescribed truck inspections before departure to ensure good running order. Good running orders run well. Supervising the loading and unloading of freight, and obtaining the client's signature on delivery. The process of loading and unloading is carried out well. Communicating any delays due to road conditions, accidents, or breakdowns to dispatchers. Delays are well-communicated. Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained
