What You’ll Be Doing
Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the site
Perform pre‑shift inspections and report equipment issues promptly
Support plant operations through maintenance tasks on stationary and mobile equipment
Assist with plant cleanup and general labor activities to maintain safe, efficient operations
Learn and operate additional equipment such as water trucks, skid steers, and other mobile units
What We Are Looking For
Demonstrated ability to operate heavy mobile equipment safely and responsibly
Capability to learn and perform basic maintenance on equipment and support plant operations
Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety practices
Physical ability to perform tasks that may include climbing, lifting, and extended periods of equipment operation
Reliability, punctuality, and a consistent focus on quality work
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
