Job Description

  • Must be able to perform all jobs in production area.
  • Assist with training new hires.
  • Perform freezer and cooler inventories.
  • Obtain hand jack license/forklift license.
  • Willingness to work on any line in the plant.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated practice of skills in leadership, communication, flexibility, and resolution of day to day problems associated with production line workforce.
  • Excellent demonstrated record of Good Manufacturing Practices, Personal Protective Equipment, Safety and Health Issues, and adhering to any/all company policies and practices.
  • Read, write simple addition and subtraction.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English.
