Job Description

• Process and submit employee time and attendance in ADP Time system.
• Process eggs set, chicks hatched, and chick placement records in MTech daily.
• Send out Placement Detail Reports from MTech daily.
• Complete the Weekly Hatchery Cost Report.
• Complete other weekly reports for conference calls.
• Communicate with and submit data to vendors.
• Work with the Hatchery Manager and Assistant Manager to obtain all necessary accounting information. 
• Keep weekly files of all source documents and reports.
• Cross-Train with other positions withing the department.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Excellent data entry skills required.
• Detail oriented with great organizational skills.
• Above average knowledge/experience in Excel is required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Poultry Industry required, with Poultry Accounting knowledge preferred.
