Hat Creek Overnight Summer Camp Counselors are one of our campers’ favorite parts of summer! We provide a home away from home where our counselors are free to stretch their comfort zone, grow in ways they never knew possible, and discover the joy of summer camp. Our counselors have the unique opportunity to foster community with their cabin group by offering support and intentional daily reflection. Every week is different at camp and our counselors provide creativity, pizzazz, and laughter to our camp community. Hat Creek Camp provides counselors the opportunity to grow their skills in group management, age-appropriate programming, and safety and supervision.
Counselors will undergo a three-week training in preparation for summer camp. The training encompasses protocols and procedures as well as games, bonding, and goofiness. Counselors are guided and supervised by the Camp Director and Programming Coordinator. Our staff form close, lifelong friendships that last long after summer camp is over.

Family Care
The Family Care team programs meet families where they are by providing help to families in crisis to help stabilize where they are and build a meaningful life for themselves and their children. We provide support for kinship caregivers, foster families, short-term placements for children, and long-term placements for children. We meet families where they are and help them to thrive.

Our Connect team will help you find your place. We partner with volunteers, churches, and agencies to strengthen families and keep them strong. We make the connections in our community to meet your practical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Counseling
Sometimes you just need someone to talk to. Everyone’s story should be heard and we are hear to listen. To meet your needs, our counseling services extend into some of the local school systems, Hope For Tomorrow Counseling, Hope Academy for Counselor Excellence, and Compass Marriage.
