About the Opportunity

We are seeking

motivated Data Center Technicians to support a large-scale fiber infrastructure

project at a data center facility in Haskell, TX. This is a long-term

opportunity offering stable project work, company-provided lodging, and the

chance to work on a high-profile data center deployment.

Candidates may be

located anywhere in the United States and must be willing to travel and remain

committed to the duration of the project.

Responsibilities

• Install, route, and dress fiber optic and copper cabling (Cat5/Cat6).
• Support fiber infrastructure deployments within a data center environment.
• Perform cable management and maintain quality installation standards.
• Assist with fiber terminations and splicing activities when required.
• Follow project documentation, safety procedures, and installation standards.
• Work effectively within a team to meet project milestones and deadlines.

Data Center Technician II

Pay Rate: $27-$30/hour

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fiber installation and structured cabling.
• Experience running cable and dressing fiber.
• Previous data center experience is required.
• Understanding of active construction and data center environments.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fiber termination experience.
• Fiber testing experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure projects.

Data Center Technician III (Lead)

Pay Rate: $35

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of data center and fiber infrastructure experience.
• Proven ability to independently perform installation and troubleshooting activities.
• Experience leading crews and providing guidance to technicians.
• Strong understanding of structured cabling best practices.
• Previous data center experience is required.

Leadership Expectations

• Mentor and support junior technicians.
• Coordinate work activities and provide direction to project teams.
• Ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.
• Communicate effectively with project leadership and field personnel.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
