Job Description

Location: BLR
Experience: 6-9 Years

1. Good knowledge in Secrets Management and machine identity security
2. Experienced in facilitating stakeholder discussions to gather requirements, analyze risk exposure, and translate business needs into actionable security controls
3. Skilled in documenting and prioritizing use cases for secrets discovery, rotation, access control, and lifecycle management across diverse environments including cloud, DevOps, and legacy systems
4. Leading discovery workshops with business and technical teams to identify secrets usage patterns
5. Having understanding on different languages, Software development lifecycle with CI/CD pipelines, containerization and cloud services
6. Mapping use cases for human and non-human identities across applications, infrastructure, and automation pipelines
7. Driving adoption of secrets management platforms - HashiCorp, Azure Key Vault and AWS Secret Manager
8. Collaborating with different development, infrastructure and cloud teams to ensure secure integration of secrets management into application workflows
9. Preparing documentation, training materials, and providing guidance for best practices in secrets handling
