Job Description

Harvest Restaurant Group is currently seeking a career minded Sous Chef looking to work alongside our Chef de Cuisine at one of our Harvest Concepts. From casual, American Tavern to high end Steakhouse--come grow your skill set with Harvest Restaurants!

Our ideal SOUS CHEF will instill the Harvest way by always going above and beyond to satisfy our customers and create a dining experience like no other.

Our locations take pride in exceeding our customers’ expectations from the moment they walk in our doors and every member of the Harvest family partakes in this.

General priorities and responsibilities

  • To report to work on time and in proper uniform, always punching in and out as required of all employees.
  • To promote teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment.
  • Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant at all times.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of Sous Chef experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment.
  • The ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste.
  • Strong broiler skills are required.
  • An excellent attention to detail.
  • Passion for Culinary and Mentorship!
