
HARVEST RESTAURANTS IN NEW JERSEY is seeking a Facilities and Repairs Manager.
This is a hands-on position for 14 units spanning from Darien, Connecticut to Princeton, New Jersey (Morristown, Morris Plains, Summit, Basking Ridge, Berkeley Heights, Westfield, and Princeton locations in New Jersey as well). Candidates should have experience in servicing equipment, plumbing, light electrical, HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repair.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Oversee and manage the physical upkeep of our 14 New Jersey facilities. This includes scheduling and supervising maintenance and repair tasks, coordinating contracted services, and ensuring that our facilities meet company standards.
Hands-on engagement: Complete maintenance and repair tasks that are needed within each of the locations.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and administrative abilities. Maintain a detailed log of all repairs and maintenance work, prioritizing critical projects to ensure optimal facility performance.
· Be courteous, professional and organized.
· Maintenance of the grounds, buildings and physical assets of the properties
· Completing service requests in a timely and efficient manner
· Perform routine building and systems upkeep and repairs as well as scheduled PM's of the buildings and mechanical systems.
· Coordinate work with several vendors and contractors--carry a cell phone and handle after hours on-call services.
