What you can expect

  • You provide customer-oriented advice and sell our wide range of products, for example when helping customers choose gifts
  • You actively engage with our customers, identify their needs, and offer suitable solutions
  • You handle checkout processes and ensure accurate and correct cash management
  • You present our exquisite confectionery and chocolate assortment in an appealing and inviting way
  • You also perform production-related tasks as well as restocking and maintaining the sales areas
  • You implement our high quality standards with dedication and care
  • You consistently ensure compliance with hygiene and freshness standards
  • You work hand in hand with your team and contribute to a positive working atmosphere

What we expect from you

  • You bring valuable professional experience in retail and have a passion for sales as well as a strong focus on closing deals
  • You enjoy direct contact with customers and aim to provide them with a special shopping experience
  • You quickly identify customer needs and provide tailored, friendly, and convincing advice
  • You have excellent communication skills and express yourself clearly and confidently
  • You speak German and English very well; French and other languages are a strong advantage and highly valued
  • You consistently prioritize quality and customer focus, even in busy or high-pressure situations

Läderach is a Swiss chocolate factory that is internationally renowned for its high-quality fresh chocolate. In addition to the famous FrischSchoggi, its product range includes fine pralines and truffles, Italian tartufi and a host of other creations. Over the past 60 years, Läderach has repeatedly introduced impressive new chocolate ideas and revolutionized the market with innovations, such as the production of thin-walled hollow truffle shells. The family company was founded in Ennenda (Canton Glarus) in 1962. It has been run by brothers Johannes, Elias and David Läderach, the third generation of the Läderach family, since 2021. The rapidly expanding group now employs over 2,500 people from more than 80 countries and operates over 250 chocolateries across the world – including in Paris, New York and Shanghai.

Läderach is one of the few chocolate producers to oversee the entire process from the cocoa bean to sales in its own chocolateries – from bean to bar – and to produce its own fresh couvertures.
