What You Will Be Doing

As the Electrical Engineer Sr you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to aircraft harness and interconnect design challenges, ensuring seamless integration of electrical subsystems within cutting‑edge Skunk Works® projects.

• Integrate all aspects of electrical systems, including engineering practices, design coordination, and project management.
• Create detailed wire schematics and diagrams to document harness configurations.
• Develop Build‑to‑Package documentation for parts and assemblies.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure component availability and quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive system performance.

Further Information About This Opportunity

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with 3DX, CATIA, Solidworks, Pro Engineer, Creo, Unigraphics, NX, or equivalent 3-D Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool

Desired Skills

• Experience with Harness, Wiring, or Cable design/schematics

-Experience with Siemens Capital

-Experience with CAMEO

• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
