We are looking for a Node Owner for our Connectivity Team. We are responsible for onboard connectivity (the telematics device used onboard the vessel). We are a positive and diverse team with both female and male colleagues from all over the world. We are innovative and we have fun at work!
The Node Owner is responsible for below bullet list but also drives the communication towards factories, managing future need/requirements that may need release work in our Product Data Management (PDM) system. You need to be self-driven, positive, communicative, analytical and be able to both look at things from a holistic perspective as well as dive into details when needed. There is also a huge potential to mold the role and the process in order to be as efficient as possible.
• Documents the onboard connectivity system, hardware design and installation guidance.
• Updates component documentation when changes are made.
• Specifies wiring harness requirements.
• Specifies environmental requirements.
• Gathers and documents certification requirements for the Connectivity ECU hardware for the various installation environments and applications.
• Identifies gaps in compliance and initiate work packages to fill.
• Documentation of geographical capability and expansion roadmap.
• Provides information to installation manual.
• Release management.
• Maintenance.
Experience of KOLA, ProdSoft, Prosit+
