Overview: you will lead, manage and develop test cases and validation plan, method and equipment to validate the Traction Inverter Hardware to ensure high quality automotive products. We are looking for proper candidates who are enthusiastic, innovative, and passionate about the future of Vietnam automotive industry. This is a great opportunity to be a part of Vietnamese automotive design team provide safety products for Vietnamese and people all over the world.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop hardware test plans, test cases, and test procedures based on product requirements and hardware specifications.

Perform prototype bring-up, functional testing, electrical testing, and performance verification.

Test key hardware blocks such as power supplies, analog/digital circuits, sensors, communication interfaces, protection circuits, and power electronics circuits.

Use lab equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, electronic loads, logic analyzers, CAN/LIN tools, and data acquisition systems.

Identify, debug, and document hardware issues at circuit, component, and system level.

Set up, maintain, and improve test benches, fixtures, harnesses, and automated test tools.

Support test automation, data logging, data analysis, and report generation using Python, C/C++, LabVIEW, or similar tools.

Prepare test reports, defect logs, measurement records, and validation evidence.

Communicate test status, risks, and technical findings to project teams.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in hardware testing, electronics validation, or hardware QA.

Experienced in creating test specifications for function tests on block level and inverter level.

Understanding of industry processes along the inverter production line and the respective tests.

Good understanding of analog circuits, digital circuits, power supplies, sensors, interfaces, and protection circuits
-
Experienced in defining, creating and debugging functional test systems.
-
Experienced in coordinating test executions.

Ability to read schematics, PCB layouts, datasheets, and test specifications.

Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, electronic loads, logic analyzers, and data loggers.

Familiarity with CAN, CAN FD, LIN, or UDS is preferred.
-
Basic knowledge of automotive standards such as ISO 16750, ISO 7637, LV124, CISPR 25, or EMC testing is an advantage.

Familiarity with Python, C/C++, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar tools for test automation is preferred.

Familiarity with the V-Model product design process

Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment.

Demonstrated multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
