Job Description
We are looking for Testing Engineer to join our RnD Department in TLT Electronics.
Our team develops electronic products and the test systems used to verify them in production. Projects cover the full development cycle—from customer requirements and early prototypes to product testing, NPI, production launch and ongoing support.
Your main responsibility will be to provide clear evidence that a product works as intended and that the test bench used in production delivers reliable and repeatable results. You will plan and perform tests, document findings and coordinate identified issues with the responsible engineering teams.
In this role, you will:
- Turn customer requirements and technical documentation into practical test scenarios for electronic products and test benches.
- Test product hardware, embedded software and overall functionality using prototypes, golden samples and production units.
- Reproduce and document defects, collect test evidence and verify implemented fixes together with electronics, mechanics and software engineers.
- Validate test benches against defined requirements and checklists, identifying critical and non-critical non-conformities.
- Prepare and maintain validation checklists, test procedures, reports and clear user instructions for production teams.
- Support test bench commissioning in production, including configuration, initial testing and clarification of the testing process.
- Conduct Gage R&R studies, analyse the results and assess whether the measurement system is suitable for production use.
- Provide first-line support for test benches operating in production, resolve standard issues and escalate problems requiring design changes.
Requirements
- Technical education or equivalent practical experience in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, embedded systems or a related field.
- Understanding of electronic products, interaction between hardware and software, and basic measurement principles.
- Ability to read technical requirements and turn them into structured, repeatable tests.
- Ability to investigate problems, reproduce failures and document findings clearly.
- Confidence working with physical products, prototypes and laboratory or production test equipment.
- English skills sufficient to read technical documentation, prepare test records and communicate with clients.
We consider it an advantage if you have
- Experience testing electronic products, embedded systems or production test equipment.
- Experience with FCT, EOL or other automated test benches.
- Knowledge of Gage R&R, MSA or other measurement system evaluation methods.
- Experience preparing validation plans, test procedures, reports or technical instructions.
- Basic Python or other scripting knowledge.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, NPI or production support.
Benefits
- We care about your emotional and physical well-being by providing additional health insurance, which includes psychologist consultations.
- We celebrate achievements and have fun together at team-building events, summer festivals, and other important occasions.
- We offer generous bonuses for those participating in our referral program.
- We provide additional bonuses for successfully implemented projects.
- We reward long-term commitment and dedication.
- We surprise you with a day off and gifts on your birthday, as well as special treats during various celebrations.
