🧑‍💻 What You’ll Do

Using your hands-on experience working with IT hardware in areas of Decommissioning, Repairs
and Builds, a strong attention to detail and knowledge & experience managing service tickets you will become a key member of our Hardware Services team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair device hardware issues.
  • Configure and set up software for devices in customer environments.
  • Undertake physical manual work (think lifting and moving of devices, assisting in deployment of devices onsite, desk setups all within OHS requirements)
  • Manage service tickets, ensuring clear documentation and timely updates.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Technical, Warehouse, and Project teams
  • Escalate issues and contribute to process improvements
  • Represent Blue Connections professionally onsite and offsite
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies

  • Hands-on experience with tools (e.g., screwdrivers)
  • Troubleshooting device hardware issues
  • Passion for technology and solving real-world problems
  • Strong IT background with proven experience in configuration and software setup
  • Strong communication and customer service mindset
  • Basic understanding of desktop support, networking, and troubleshooting
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute
  • Ability to work 5 days a week at our Scoresby based office and/or onsite at customer locations across VIC as needed.
  • Knowledge of IT asset management principles and practices.
