About the Role:Join Northwoods Wholesale Outlet as a Hardware Sales Associate and become a vital part of our team! In this role, you'll engage with customers, provide expert advice, and help them find the right tools and supplies for their projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting hardware products and tools based on their needs.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hardware and DIY projects.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
  • Participate in regular inventory checks and restocking efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming store environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Knowledge of hardware products and tools is a plus.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
