Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Amazon LEO will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

We are building the next generation of optical interconnect systems, and reliability is at the heart of what we do. We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our OISL Reliability team. In this role, you will develop and execute reliability strategies for complex opto-mechanical, electrical, and electro-optical hardware—ensuring products meet qualification and lifetime requirements for the LEO environment. You will work cross-functionally with design, systems, manufacturing, and test engineering teams to build reliability into products from concept through production. You will have the opportunity to work on state-of-the-art technologies, collaborate with world-class engineers, and make a direct impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.
