About the Role

Cupix is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics & Operations Associate to join our team in Round Rock. This is a critical entry-level role focused on the physical handling, preparation, and shipping of our proprietary camera equipment and hardware kits. You will be the final set of eyes on our product before it reaches our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Kit Preparation: Assemble and organize camera hardware kits according to specific order checklists.
  • Quality Control: Conduct basic functional checks on cameras and accessories to ensure all components are in working order before shipment.
  • Packing & Shipping: Securely pack hardware to prevent damage during transit and generate shipping labels using our logistics software (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or DHL).
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an organized workspace and assist in tracking stock levels of shipping supplies and hardware components.
  • Returns Processing: Receive incoming equipment, inspect for damage, and restock or flag for repair as needed.

Qualifications

  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow multi-step assembly checklists with 100% accuracy.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable handling high-end camera equipment and learning basic shipping/inventory software.
  • Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 35 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift.
  • Reliability: Strong punctual habits and a "no task is too small" attitude.
  • Location: Must be able to commute daily to our office in Round Rock, TX

Hours: 20 hours per week (Flexible scheduling available)

Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
