What you’ll do: The Hardware Manager is responsible for leading the hardware department to achieve operational, financial, and customer service goals. Oversees merchandising, marketing, inventory purchasing, vendor relationships, and compliance with company policies and safety standards. Manages budgets, controls expenses, and drives profitability while ensuring efficient operations. Provides leadership, coaching, training, and performance management to team members and maintains adherence to loss prevention, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
