Perform board bring-up, hardware debugging, and design validation for new board designs.
Conduct component-level troubleshooting, board repair, and thorough root-cause analysis for failures.
Operate lab equipment including Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Power Supplies, and Soldering stations.
Provide technical hardware support for customer boards and integrated AV systems testing.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience working in a Hardware Lab / Electronics environment.
Hands-on experience with soldering and component rework.
Ability to read and interpret electronic board schematics and PCB layout designs.
Strong ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems proactively.
High proficiency in English (both written and verbal skills).
Experience in component-level debugging and fault diagnosis.
Knowledge or experience with high-speed communication protocols (e.g., PCIe, MIPI).
Experience with Python scripting for lab automation or test support.
