Job Description

Hardware Installer – Weekend Shift
Schedule: Saturday–Monday | 5:30 AM–5:30 PM
Pay: $17.00/hr + 20% shift differential

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Hardware Installer to support our enclosure manufacturing operations. In this role, you will install and assemble hardware components such as hinges, handles, latches, and brackets, ensuring products meet quality and functionality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Install and assemble hardware on sheet metal enclosures per blueprints and work orders
• Inspect installations to ensure proper fit, alignment, and quality
• Use measuring tools for accurate placement of components
• Identify and correct installation issues or defects
• Coordinate with production teams to meet schedules
• Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements

Qualifications
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints and shop documentation
• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.

Physical Requirements
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands; bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Must wear safety glasses and steel-toe boots
