Position: Hardware & Indirect Sourcing Co-op (Fall 2026)

Location: Salto, Brazil

Major: Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems or Business Administration

Academic Schedule: August to December 2026 . Full-time, 40 hours per week

About the experience: Our ITT Goulds Pumps co-op candidates have the unique opportunity to work for one of the most recognizable pump brands in the world. They obtain experience in supply chain strategy development and execution that result in bottom line improvement of the organization. Our top Global Sourcing professionals will offer guidance and mentorship for each candidate, who will also get exposure to Engineering and other professionals.

Essential Responsibilities

• Analyze hardware spend data to identify trends and develop initiatives focused on cost reduction, process improvement, and consolidation opportunities.
• Provide support throughout the RFQ process, including data collection, documentation, and supplier communication.
• Coordinate and schedule supplier meetings to facilitate effective collaboration and project alignment.

Position Requirements

• Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Currently enrolled as a Senior at an accredited college and pursuing a business related degree. A senior in their final semester of school is preferred.
• Excellent ability to analyze, model and interpret large data with methodical and logical approach
• Excellent strategic and analytical thinking
• Effective organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build effective relationships with all levels of the organization, customers and partners
• Good knowledge/experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
• Phone calls and in-person meetings, with multi-level stakeholders are part of routine.
