Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Hardware Engineer-related occupation.
  • Position requires 2 years of experience in the following:
    • Design and validation of hardware systems and subsystems
    • Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design for signal integrity
    • Specialized PCB design in high-speed routing
    • Systems architecture design for high speed interconnect design
    • Troubleshooting and debugging or root cause analysis of hardware

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000 - $189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Analyze hardware and electrical systems to identify flaws, debug key issues, and suggest corrective solutions.
  • Optimize complex components, circuits, and systems to meet performance, power, and cost requirements.
  • Review electrical designs, including schematics, layouts, and BOMs, to anticipate and address potential risks.
  • Perform electrical simulations and measurements to validate that designs meet established specifications.
  • Provide clear documentation of designs, implementation details, and test results throughout the product lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and implement design improvements.
