General Information:

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer specialized in electrification to join our team focused on High-Voltage (HV) Box development. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and optimizing hardware components and systems within HV-Boxes (On-Board Charger, DC-DC converters, Power Distribution Units), which are critical for electrified vehicle.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Create and develop robust hardware solutions for HV-Boxes, ensuring compliance with electrification requirements and safety standards.
• Circuit Design: Design and validate high-voltage circuits and power electronics tailored for HV-Boxes.
• System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, testing) to integrate hardware components within the HV-Box system.
• Prototyping & Testing: Build prototypes and conduct rigorous testing and validation of hardware modules under various operating conditions.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all designs meet relevant industry safety standards and certifications for high-voltage electrified systems.
• Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze performance data and feedback to optimize hardware design for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support Manufacturing: Assist in transferring hardware designs to production, addressing quality and manufacturability issues.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in hardware design, preferable in high-voltage electrification systems.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics.
• Experience with hardware testing equipment and techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in HV-Box or battery management system hardware development.
• Familiarity with embedded systems and interface electronics.
• Knowledge of thermal management in high-voltage applications.
• Understanding of EMC/EMI considerations in HV devices.
• Experience with automotive or industrial electrification projects.
