Samson Rose has been exclusively engaged to find a Hardware Design Engineer to join a cutting-edge industrial automation company driving the future of robotics and automation. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role where you’ll design and implement complex hardware and software architectures for industrial machinery, ensuring solutions meet the highest technical, safety, and efficiency standards.
Located just north of Boston, their new Robotics Hub is strategically positioned to collaborate with leading clients across booming sectors like automated manufacturing, logistics, intralogistics, and warehousing. With state-of-the-art facilities on-site, you’ll prototype, build, and deploy innovative robotic solutions directly in the lab, giving you the freedom to turn bold ideas into reality with agility and speed.

The person we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hardware design for complex systems (EPlan, AutoCAD).
- Knowledge of technical specifications, standards, and safety regulations related to electrical and pneumatic systems (specific knowledge of SISTEMA and Safety Risk Analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
