
We are looking for an experienced Hardware Architect to join an automotive engineering project focused on the development of advanced electronic systems.
The role combines hardware architecture, requirements engineering, technical coordination and product development activities within an international engineering environment.
Location: Kraków – hybrid work model
Contract: B2B or employment contract (UoP)

As a Hardware Architect, you will be responsible for defining and developing hardware concepts and architectures for complex automotive electronic systems.
You will work closely with system, software, mechanical, manufacturing and validation teams throughout the product development lifecycle – from requirements analysis and concept development to industrialization and product validation.
The projects involve advanced automotive electronics and power electronics solutions used in modern electric and hybrid vehicles.
Regular presence in our Kraków office is required as part of the hybrid work model. Occasional business travel may also be required depending on the project.
