Why This Role Matters

As a Hard Services (Civil) Supervisor, you will ensure that maintenance and civil works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining client assets, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring compliance with operational, quality, and safety requirements.

What You'll Drive

• Supervise day-to-day civil maintenance and hard services activities.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved specifications, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor technicians, subcontractors, and service providers.
• Verify proper installation, repair, and maintenance of civil assets.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and company standards.
• Raise and monitor corrective actions related to non-conformities.
• Enforce HSE policies and promote safe working practices.
• Conduct toolbox talks and site safety briefings.
• Coordinate activities with engineers, facility managers, clients, and contractors.
• Monitor work progress and support planning and scheduling activities.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and handover activities.
• Maintain site records, inspection reports, and operational documentation.
• Allocate work, support workforce development, and drive productivity.

Qualifications

You're a Great Fit If You Have

• Strong experience supervising civil maintenance or construction activities.
• Good understanding of building maintenance practices and quality requirements.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and contractors.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Sound knowledge of HSE requirements and local regulations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Technical Qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction, Maintenance, or Facility Management.
• Good knowledge of drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• UAE Driving License mandatory.
