Job Description
- Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout office and commercial facilities.
- Complete minor carpentry projects, including furniture assembly, cabinet repairs, and fixture installation.
- Perform painting, patching, and cosmetic repairs to walls, ceilings, sidewalks, and other facility surfaces.
- Conduct basic repairs and troubleshooting of building equipment and appliances.
- Assist with furniture moves, office reconfigurations, and event setups.
- Support electrical, plumbing, and HVAC technicians with maintenance projects and repairs.
- Perform routine grounds maintenance and landscaping activities as needed.
- Identify maintenance concerns and report major repair needs to management.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests and facility emergencies.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in general building maintenance, facilities maintenance, handyman services, or related field.
- Working knowledge of basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and facility repair practices.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
