Responsibilities:
As a Handyperson, you will be responsible for:
-  Providing operational and maintenance support for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Performing general maintenance for residential units and the rest of the building, such as:
- - Painting
- - Drywall Repair
- - Carpentry Work
- - Light Bulb Replacements
- - Plumbing
- - Equipment Repair
- Maintaining the proficiency of fire, life, health, and safety systems.
- Delivering 5-star service to residents, guests, and fellow team members.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

QualificationsRequirements:
If you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED and a vocational/technical background.
- Have at least 2 years of experience working with basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Can perform painting, carpentry, and finish work.
- Have worked with fire, life, health, and safety systems.
- Communicate well with residents regarding the status of their maintenance requests.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and resident information.
- Certifications including:
- - (Z-95) Supervision of Fire Alarm Systems in Shelters and Similar Facilities
- - (P-98) Fuel Oil Piping and Storage in Buildings (Supervision of Fuel-Oil Piping & Storage in Buildings)
- - (P-99) Low-Pressure Oil Bruner Operator (Supervision of Low-Pressure Boilers)
- - (A-35) Operation & Maintenance of Air Compressors
- - (S-12) Citywide Sprinkler Systems (Supervision & Maintenance)
- - (S-13) Citywide Standpipe Systems (Supervision & Maintenance)
Then you may be a great fit for this position! Previous experience working in a luxury hotel or residential environment is a plus! Experience with Building Management Systems and a basic knowledge of computer programs will make your application stand out. Schedule is as follows:
2:45 PM - 11:30 PM with days off to be determined
Pay & Benefits:
