Job Description
Buscamos un Handyman con experiencia en mantenimiento general para realizar reparaciones básicas en electricidad, plomería, pintura y trabajos generales. Responsable de mantener las instalaciones en óptimas condiciones, atendiendo solicitudes de forma eficiente y segura.
- Realizar reparaciones generales (electricidad básica, plomería, pintura, gypsum).
- Atender órdenes de trabajo de forma oportuna.
- Inspeccionar áreas para identificar necesidades de mantenimiento.
- Manejar herramientas y equipos de forma segura.
- Diagnosticar y resolver problemas básicos; escalar situaciones complejas.
- Mantener organizados materiales y áreas de trabajo.
- Apoyar en tareas operacionales y emergencias básicas.
- Brindar un servicio respetuoso y eficiente al cliente interno.
- Experiencia en mantenimiento general (electricidad, plomería, reparaciones).
- Conocimiento en uso de herramientas manuales y eléctricas.
- Conocimiento básico de seguridad.
- Capacidad para trabajo físico y múltiples tareas.
- Responsabilidad, organización y trabajo en equipo.
- Buena comunicación y actitud de servicio.
- Disponibilidad para atender emergencias según sea necesario.
