TruBlue of Delmarva is looking for a skilled and dependable Handyman Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on a wide range of residential home maintenance and repair services, with an emphasis on doors, windows, drywall repair, and painting. Ideal candidates take pride in their craftsmanship, communicate well with customers, and enjoy problem-solving in real-world home environments.
Responsibilities
Perform general handyman repairs and home maintenance tasks in residential settings
Install, replace, and repair interior and exterior doors
Install and replace windows (replacement/pocket installs where applicable)
Repair and patch drywall, including sanding and prep for paint
Perform interior painting touch-ups and small painting projects
Complete minor carpentry and trim work
Handle basic plumbing tasks (faucet replacement, minor leaks, toilets)
Perform basic electrical work (light fixtures, outlets, switches)
Accurately measure, assess, and plan jobs before starting work
Maintain clean and safe work areas in clients’ homes
Document work completed with digital notes and photos
Deliver friendly, professional customer service
