• Drywall
• Carpentry
• Minor Plumbing
• Tile
• Minor Electrical
• Painting

Proper Equipment:Full set of tools, not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks. Trouble Shooting Skills:Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner. Excellent Communication Skills:Must be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers. Presentable:Clean-Cut appearanceDecent looking vehicleOrganized tools Other:

• Looks around the property and communicates to the customer, things you could repair or things that our company can handle.
• Takes time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquires about additional work that could be performed.
• Sometimes taking the time to fix something small, then points out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more.
• Someone who is punctual, efficient and maintains the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction.
• Enjoys being an Integral part of a winning team.
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to EXCEED Customers expectations.

You will work out of your home, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in the Wichita area.

Compensation: $975.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
