We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced handyman to join our team at La Gran Plaza Shopping Center in Fort Worth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks, handle minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs throughout the mall.
- Respond promptly to work orders and address urgent maintenance requests to minimize disruptions.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and promotions with the mall.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications
Experience, Knowledge and Education:
- Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
- Broad range of repair and maintenance technical abilities required.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Successfully pass pre-employment screening.
