We are a well-established property management company specialising in furnished accommodation across Sydney. Our focus is on providing clean, well-maintained and comfortable living spaces for our residents. To support our growing portfolio, we are seeking a skilled, reliable and hands-on Handyman to join our team.

The Role:

As our Handyman, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our furnished accommodation properties. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• General repairs and maintenance across multiple properties
• Furniture assembly, installation and minor carpentry work
• Basic plumbing, painting, and patchwork
• Assisting with property fit-outs and turnovers
• Ensuring all jobs are completed to a high standard and on time

About You:

• Current driver's licence
• Minimum 5 years experience as a handyman, maintenance worker or similar trade background
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and pride in delivering quality workmanship
