Keep the Store Running - Behind the Scenes and Hands-On!

We’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and self-motivated Handyman to support our Dunkin’ stores with routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep. If you like working with your hands, solving problems, and making sure everything runs smoothly - this is the job for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform basic repairs and maintenance across multiple Dunkin’ locations (plumbing, electrical, light carpentry, painting, etc.)

• Inspect and troubleshoot issues with equipment, fixtures, and building systems (including coffee equipment, refrigeration, fryers, etc.)

• Respond quickly to service requests from store managers

• Support preventative maintenance schedules and safety inspections

• Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs when needed

• Assist with small improvement projects and store updates

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Assisting with other duties when assigned and or helping other team members

• Ensure work is done efficiently and in compliance with health and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of general maintenance, handyman, or facility support experience (restaurant or retail preferred)

• Strong knowledge of basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, equipment)

• Ability to travel between store locations as needed (valid driver’s license required)

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Dunkin staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
