We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Handyman to join ARIVA Homes. This position involves a wide range of tasks to support the maintenance and presentation of homes and job sites. The ideal candidate has general handyman experience, a strong work ethic, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts basic maintenance on various businesses or homes
• Repairing plumbing systems, fixing company equipment or tools and testing various company or home appliances to ensure they work properly
• Perform general handyman duties including minor repairs, maintenance, and touch-ups
• Cut and maintain grass and landscaping around homes and job sites
• Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facilities
• Assist in moving furniture and belongings in and out of model homes
• Assist in cleaning and preparing homes for showings or final walkthroughs
• Power wash driveways, sidewalks, and exterior surfaces
• Support Sales Manager with other tasks as needed

Qualifications

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Able to recognize when a repair is outside of their skill set and make a recommendation to the supervisor
• Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
• Self-starter with good time management skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
