Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager/Producer to join the Consumer Products Creative Team at a world-renowned game studio in Stockholm.

This role is all about creating structure, keeping things moving and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work across multiple projects, supporting both creative and operational teams, with a focus on coordination, documentation and overall project flow.

This team works with physical consumer products across different categories and global brand collaborations, and you’ll play an important role in keeping product-related projects aligned, on track and well-organized.

We believe this could suit someone with a background in consumer products, licensing or merchandising, someone who has worked in a retail or fashion-driven product environment, or someone coming from project management within publishing, as long as you are comfortable coordinating many stakeholders, approvals and moving parts in a structured way.

What you’ll be doing

• Project coordination & delivery
• Coordinate and track multiple projects from start to finish
• Support delivery against timelines, budgets and expectations
• Brief external partners and agencies
• Track budgets together with Lead Producer and finance
• Ensure projects are documented and archived correctly

Team operations & structure

• Own and maintain project documentation and onboarding material
• Manage tools used for approvals and project tracking
• Keep track of team workload and overall project status • Set up and run meetings, including agendas, notes and follow-ups
• Help define and improve ways of working together with team leads

Collaboration & alignment
• Work closely with internal teams and global stakeholders, including the US
• Support Senior and Lead Producers in key projects
• Align team activities with broader studio and franchise plans
• Ensure brand guidelines and approvals are followed across all work

Who we think you are
• You have 4+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, Production Manager, Licence Manager or similar
• You come from a background in consumer products, licensing or merchandising, have worked in a retail- or fashion-driven product environment, or come from project management within publishing, where you have worked closely with branded products, approvals, editorial processes or production workflows.
• You’re highly structured and enjoy bringing clarity to complex setups
• You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
• You have a hands-on mindset and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves when needed
• You’re a strong communicator in English, both written and spoken
• You’re collaborative, service-minded and enjoy working with many different stakeholders

Tools & environment
• You’re used to working in tools like Microsoft Suite, ClickUp, MyMediaBox, Slack or similar
• You’re comfortable working across teams and time zones in a digital environment

Practical

This is a temporary role with a 18 month contract, starting as soon as possible. The role is based in Stockholm with a hybrid setup, with three days per week in the office.
